Why is america so messed up?

American corporations are so involved in making the "numbers" and making money the have forgotten where that money comes from. The low end employees, the sales people, the people who clean the hotel rooms, the short order cheff, the pc tech, anyone one then last line of the chain. No one looks at them. No one asks them whats wrong an why are we not making money. Instead the bosses look at the little guy an say, "Your not working hard enough, you must be doing something wrong. Fix it or get fired!". An the problem is if you tell them how to fix it they dont listen! So if you ask me its no wonder why big corperations are failing around america. Circuit city, oh say half the small banks in america(they were not in the budget to be bailed out, only the big ones are), most of the small coffee shops in my area(i hate starbucks).
